The knowledgeable staff of Tidewater Orthopaedics consists of RN’s, registered Radiologic Technologists, Medical Assistants, Certified Coders and Billing Specialists. Our support staff has many years of experience in helping patients walk through the process of getting back to a more active lifestyle. Each individual is highly skilled to assist with your every need from appointment scheduling to surgical recovery. Through the direction of our board certified fellowship trained physicians you will be receiving exceptional orthopaedic care.

Scheduling

Our appointment schedulers and surgery schedulers will be able to assist you with any appointment here in our practice as well as appointments for any required surgery. They will obtain authorization based on your appointment needs.

Referral Coordinators

Our referral coordinators will schedule any follow up procedures and appointments you may need as well as authorize them through you Insurance carrier.
